Private Group Class Styles
Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga
Invigorate your body with a deep, postural based practice. This physical style of yoga will increase flexibility and strength while bringing balance to the body through breath and intention.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
We all need to reset and recenter sometimes. Yin yoga gives you the opportunity to move within by slowing down. In true yin fashion, you will be aided by props to allow for deep comfort and restoration. Yoga Nidra is a deep full body guided meditation to release mental blockages and allow the body to reset to its natural rhythms.

Recovering from a long day hiking or skiing, want to celebrate a bachelorette party with yoga, or have a specific topic you’d like featured? From leading a hike with asana at the top to teaching about sleep or bone-health, we can help design and lead you through a unique group class.
