A note from me and my knee.
I blew it!
I recently hurt my knee, and it has changed how I’ll be showing up for the next little while.
What this means for you: class is absolutely still happening after June 11th. I’m feeling confident in my ability to lead through strong verbal cueing and detailed instruction, and I fully plan to continue offering a supportive and intentional experience. That said, I won’t be demo-ing as much physically..
I wanted to be upfront about this so there are no surprises when you walk in the room. I deeply value showing up with honesty and transparency, and I trust that the heart of what we do in class goes well beyond physical mimicry. That said, I know this might be a different experience for some of you—and if you’re someone who relies heavily on visual demonstration or feel like this changes your decision to attend, please don’t hesitate to reach out. If you have a class pass and would rather wait, I’m happy to work something out with you.
Otherwise, I really hope to still see you in class. I’m excited to move together, even if I’m doing a little less moving on my end for now.
With gratitude and a bit of a hobble,
-Tatiana

UPDATE:
Thank you for all your support and patience while I figure out this knee situation :) As of now, this Wednesday, May 21, will be my final class for 2 weeks as I will be going in for surgery. Class will tentatively return June 11th.
As always, Setmore, my booking platform, instagram, my website, or direct contact are the best ways to book, and stay up to date with class scheduling.
